On this page, you can register in house/on site jobs you have performed for a client.
The process is as follows:
1. First, you need to specify the type of in house/on site job, the client, the serial number of the device, the type, the start and end dates of the job, and whether the item is under warranty or for replacement.
2. The item can be a printer, in which case you will need to provide its serial number, or consumables, in which case you will provide its code.
3. Select “Register” to register your job.
4. Then, you will specify the spare parts used, one by one, indicating the type, quantity, value, and whether it is chargeable or not.
5. If it’s a replacement, you can specify the serial number of the printer.
6. Finally, you will specify the services and their cost.
7. Throughout the job registration process, at the bottom of the page, you will see a detailed view of the data you entered.
