Your new device is covered by a one (1) year guarantee from the date of purchase, which you can now extend at no extra charge for an additional three (3) years. The guarantee extension includes free repairs and spare parts, beyond the first year, for up to three (3) additional years.

How to get your free guarantee extension:

Registration – Device information (mandatory)

1. You must register end-user and device information at www.lexmarkcaresforyou.gr website.
2. Required information: First name, Last name, Company name (when the end-user is a company), email, Telephone number.
3. Other required information is: Date of Purchase, Store purchased at, Tax Identification Number, Device Serial Number. You must also submit (upload) the purchase invoice or receipt within thirty (30) days from the date the device was purchased. The purchase invoice or receipt must include the following information: the reseller’s Name, Address and Tax Identification Number, the issue date, the device’s model number and its unique serial number.

Registration of Original Toners (mandatory)
Submission (attachment) of purchase invoice or receipt for 4 original toners is required, where the 4th toner is given for free to the end user with a refund to his/her bank account equal to the value of mono / color toner cartridge of standard yield (purchase of four (4) toners of different yields) or of same yields (purchase of four (4) toners of the same yield) plus VAT.

Specifically:
Mono (black and white) devices:

1. Purchase of four (4) toners of different yields – toner of standard yield given for free.
2. Purchase of four (4) toners of the same yield – toner of the same yield given for free.

Color devices:
Α. Mono (black) toners

1. Purchase of four (4) mono (black) toners of different yields – toner of standard yield given for free.
2. Purchase of four (4) mono (black) toners of the same yield – toner of the same yield given for free.

Β. Color toners

1. Purchase of four (4) color toners of different yields – color toner of standard yield given for free.
2. Purchase of four (4) color toners of the same yield – toner of the same yield given for free.

C. Mixed toners

1. Purchase of four (4) color or mono (black) toners of different yields – mono (black) toner of standard yield given for free.
2. Purchase of four (4) color or mono (black) toners of the same yield – mono (black) toner of the same yield given for free.

General Terms for free guarantee extension:

1. Device or consumable purchase invoices or receipts must be submitted (uploaded) online through the www.lexmarkcaresforyou.gr website.
2. Failure to submit (upload) purchase invoices or receipts within the required 30-day period or submitting (uploading) incomplete purchase information and supporting documents are grounds for not extending the free guarantee period. Purchasers are solely responsible for the timely, accurate and complete submission of all required information and supporting documents.
3. The initial base guarantee for one (1) year and the extended guarantee (for up to three (3) additional years) apply exclusively to devices imported into the Greek market by Infolex SA.
4. The initial base guarantee for one (1) year and the extended guarantee (for up to three (3) additional years) are provided at the head office of Infolex SA and at the authorized service centers in Thessaloniki and Heraklion, Crete. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the end-user.
5. The maximum limit of application of the refund promotion takes place once per year per device. That is, for an annual purchase of a total of 4 toners / 4 sets of toners for the total lifetime of the device.
