Business Connect ® offers users easy access to workflows, allows users to send and receive documents and images, gain access to files and print securely through their Android or iOS smart devices. Equitrac ® supports mobile printing though the installation of specific, incorporated Business Connect ® modules. Output Manager ® allows businesses and enterprises to control the way in which they produce, modify, deliver and manage their documents and information. The solution is designed to route documents though a centralized system and offers significant benefits compared to non-managed systems in which documents are transferred directly from the source to the destination. As part of ControlSuite ® , Output Manager ® can be linked to the other solutions of the platform: Equitrac ® , AutoStore ® , and Business Connect ® . Output Manager ® can accept documents from several Equitrac ® and AutoStore ® sources and endpoints and utilize Business Connect ® in order to locate devices and draw files. Output Manager ® can accept documents and files that originate from the other three programs of the platform, generate Security Alerts and create advanced and complex Document Workflows .
